1. To enter you must:
   

a.     Have access to a smart phone with internet or mobile data access. Data usage will be charged dependent on your data plan

b.     Go to ElfandSeek.com

c.     Register with your email address. This will involve a quick email verification. 

d.     After you have registered you will receive instructions and you can begin interacting with Elves for your chance to win prizes. Please note, you will not be able to play if you haven’t registered.

e.     You will be able to interact with up to 3 Elves per day over the promotional term  

f.      Pin your location on the map and the game will come to you, or look for Elves at various locations around the UK

g.     Once an Elf is interacted with, it will react to inform you if you have won a prize or not.

h.     If you have won, redemptions instructions will appear on screen detailing the next steps to claim your prize. You will be able to view your prize in your wallet in the game. 

2. Sorry, but you can’t enter this prize draw if:

10. Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is registering for the competition multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘geo-spoofing’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. 

11. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

13. Prizes are randomly allocated via an algorithm to players who have found a winning Elf.  

14. Prizes are subject to availability and eligibility.

15.  Once an Elf is interacted with, it will react to inform you if you have won a prize or not. If you have won, redemptions instructions will appear on screen detailing the next steps to claim your prize.

16. If you have won an Ultimate, Top or Mid Tier Prize you will be asked to send your name, address, phone number & unique reference code to the email address provided.  You will be required to email the prize provider and confirm delivery details by  28th February 2023. If you do not confirm delivery details by this date, your prize will be forfeited.  If you have won a Low Tier Prize, your unique code will appear on your win notification message and you will be directed to the prize partner site for redemption.

18.  Prizes will be sent out via tracked courier and are subject to Christmas delivery services and schedules.

20.  Prizes are as specified and are non-transferable. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. We reserve the right to substitute similar alternative prizes, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value if there are circumstances outside of our control which mean the original prize is not available. 

21. Prizes are non transferable and we won’t give you cash instead. Prizes can’t be sent to a PO Box address or to addresses outside of  UK.

24.  Whilst we’ll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we’ll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control.

27.   Winners of the Ultimate, Top and Mid Tier prizes agree to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce them as winners of this prize draw. Entrants may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing prizesupport@elfandseek.com provided no objection has been received, the surname and county of the prize winners will be made available if requested for 3 months after the prize draw end date. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. All requests should be emailed to prizesupport@elfandseek.com.

28.  In the event this prize draw is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these terms and to cancel, modify or suspend the prize draw or invalidate any affected entries.
