For me the new 'thing' appears to be emails asking what the 'best price' is, can I change to BIN and just today someone has bid and then emailed to ask if they can buy it now.
All get blocked, of course.1 -
It seems a bit OTT to me to block everyone who simply asks a question.Miser1964 said:For me the new 'thing' appears to be emails asking what the 'best price' is, can I change to BIN and just today someone has bid and then emailed to ask if they can buy it now.

I think the way eBay is considered by many is more like an alternative shop these days, or like Etsy and the like. I know many the more recent ebay users think of it this way.
Many new buyers are so used to being able to "buy it now" I don't think it unreasonable for them just to enquire if this is an option.
It's when they are demanding or unreasonable that my alarm bells start ringing.
• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.7
