Any back-billing here is going to be relatively small, as the gas will only have been used for hot water since you moved in, and maybe for heating during the last few weeks?

The gas meter MPRN database is managed by XoServe but all changes need to be managed by your supplier. You need to find out your MPRN: this can be a bit of a challenge. Here are some numbers to try:

Yep, shouldn't be too high - but I'm expecting it to take a while to resolve!
