Blocking footpath on my property used by people to walk on my garden

I would guess that the people who use it probably don't realise that it's part of your land.
Where the blue line goes off to the right halfway down - I presume thats access to the parking spots - although I can't see from the diagram where they are?0 -
Good idea to put something cheap up in the short term and see who screams. I may do that as building in this climate will be difficult anyway.
Where the blue line T's, there's access downwards to the parking spaces from further up. It's not even shown on the title plan that there's another part of the pathway there. The path next to the parking spaces at the opposite end is around 3ft in elevation so there's another path on the right side of the last solid line in that row. Again this isn't marked on the title plan at all but it's all block paving apart from the path ways which are 2x2 council special slabs.0 -

My reading of the diagram is that the four parking spaces not owned by the OP are immediately below the blue line at the bottom, with the two owned by the OP within the red boundary at the bottom

Is the dotted line within you boundary your parking spaces? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

There are 2 spaces each, so the title plan looks odd at the opposite end as each "square" of 2 spaces should be the same size. the last part looks like 1 space and a pathway but in fact it's 2 spaces and a pathway on the right of those in the area which seemingly has no markings.0 -
I may be misunderstanding the plan, but it looks to me like it's not a short cut to infringe on your patch of garden - is the only other entrance to the other parking spots where the blue lines meet? If so, that's a bit of a circuitous route that people are taking. But I'm probably misreading the diagram1

I agree that based on the diagram it seems like people just being lazy - rather than walking around the edge of the property (essentially following blue path up to the edge, then around via the red line) they are taking the straight path across (via green line). Personally I'd put up something temporary, maybe also possible a sign of some description to encourage people to stay off your property, and then see if you get any complaints1

If it is only the blue line that might be path you have all the rest of the boundary that you could fence - so the 'shortcut' obviously leads nowhere. Or plant a prickly plant, or turn the land at the end of the path into flowerbed...
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

My interpretation is that the access was originally for the full length of the parking spaces, ie. the blue line extends to the end of them and then there's a short step out to the subsequent path/road.I guess it's down to whether there's a right of way there. One option would be to put up the fence and see if anybody raised an issue.Another would be to park further back into the property or put a trailer there to effectively block it off.0

Thanks all, I think I'm going to go with the temporary measure for now. See if anyone shouts and then next year I'll look at putting in a more permanent extension to my existing fence.
I don't want to cause issues for people so I'll likely just block it off so people can't walk directly onto my property and are forced to take the route out into the parking spaces as intended.0
