Ovo Energy mis-accounting of Government Energy Support Scheme

Just checked my mum’s statements and agree OVO have failed to administer the govt support scheme correctly to the extent my 92 year old mother had a bill for @£600 when actually she owed nothing.  My concern is how many people are just paying up for OVO mismanagement of their accounting system?
