Hi All,
A new address and a new loan with Sainsbury's bank, £25k, so not insignificant has appeared on my ClearScore report.
How would I go about investigating this? It's obviously not mine.

You'll need to take any complaints up with the lender (ie. Sainsbury). ClearScore will just be reporting what they've been told and won't be able to do much. Hopefully it's just a reporting error (ie. someone else's loan in a similar name), but it's possible that it could be an actual loan taken out in your name. In which case you need to report it as fraud and go through the process to get it removed.1
