Euro Car Parks - Appeal declined

My appeal has been declined as they incorrectly  advised I hadn't provided evidence of my medical appointment, so I have challenged this as I had provided it and furthered my appeal to the BPA, with the supporting evidence I had already provided euro car parks.

But, as a safety measure I was going to pay the £50 fine, which was a discounted rate for the next 14 days. But when I proceeded to pay it insisted it had to be £85 and wouldn't apply the discounted rate.

I have trying hard to call euro car parks but it is a closed Tel system and nobody answer's.

Does anybody have an alternative number to Tel: 020 7563 3000 ?

Thank you

Jason

    It is not a fine.

Nobody here would ever suggest that you should pay an unregulated parking company.

Never, ever 'phone a parking company or one of their agents.

What happened when you complained to the landowner and your MP? That is always Plan A.
Was this at a hospital or a doctor's surgery perhaps? If so, the Government's parking principles apply. Complain to PALS if it was a hospital.

If a landowner cancellation is not forthcoming them, I suggest you make a PoPLA appeal using the numerous points available to you in the third post of the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES.

You are dealing with unregulated scammers of course they rejected it they are only interested in their own greed and who's going to contradict them?
If by the BPA you mean POPLA that won't work as it's considered mitigation that they assume the PPC has dealt with.
    You have wasted that appeal!

But, as a safety measure I was going to pay the £50 fine, which was a discounted rate for the next 14 days. But when I proceeded to pay it insisted it had to be £85 and wouldn't apply the discounted rate.
Paying it is not a safety measure once paid that's it over and done! But you did not have the "discounted rate" bribe oportunity left as you had appealed and they replied which automatically increases the invoice (it's not a fine) to the maximum.

Never call a PPC they won't help they will just fob you off or it will be an automated pay only line.

No because we wouldn't waste our time

If this was a doctors surgery was there a tablet to log in on?
Why haven't you complained to them?

You cannot and must not pay 'as a safety measure'.  That throws your whole appeal in the bin.

    DO NOT PAY.

DO NOT RING UP SCAM COMPANIES!

Why aren't you just complaining to the landowner as PLAN A then doing POPLA as PLAN B?

That's what the NEWBIES FAQS thread tells people to do (in that order) particularly in a retail park where the Store Managers will cancel this for you in 10 minutes flat.

If it's a medical centre, when you complain to the Clinic Manager, they can email ECP to cancel it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
