Found this as I had (have) the same question as the OP.  I wanted to check that Zenith isn't a phonejacker kind of bank (haha). Has anyone used Zenith and it all worked as it should and above board?

I opened an account and transferred the minimum test amount via bank transfer (into a Barclays account), but have heard nothing about whether it has been received and also do not have an online account to check.

On another note, it seems kinda weird if they do things by post and telephone only - as isn't that more expensive to manage than having an online facility/app?
  • I've opened accounts with Zenith but only via the Raisin platform. Never had any problems.

It presumably is more expensive to process each transaction.
However if their IT system is old, it will also be expensive to update it .
