CCJ help

I was issued a CCJ just over 6 years ago that has just dropped off my credit file and I need to find the case number. The reason is because I was also issued another 2 CCJ’S (one in 2018 and the other in 2020). They are both from the original debt (the debt was purchased by Azzuro associates who then sold it to Moorcroft).
Both companies got solicitor’s involved that subsequently led to the other 2 CCJ’S.
I have the case numbers for the 2018 and 2020 CCJ’S but not for the 2016 CCJ.
Can anybody please give me advice on how I can find out the original CCJ case number as I am trying to get the CCJ’S removed from my credit file.
Many thanks.

Not sure I understand your problem.
Your post is a little confusing, as you can only have one county court judgement on any particular debt, one CCJ has nothing whatsoever to do with any other CCJ, one debt equals one judgement.
Are you saying that judgement was granted on the same debt, on three (3) separate occasions ?
The minimum period for retention of public information is 6 years in the UK.
Some companies may hold internal records for longer, but usually it`s 6 years, so after that time has elapsed, you are unlikely to get what you want.
And on what basis are you trying to set them aside anyway?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I had a CCJ issued by 118 118 money in 2016 for an unpaid loan that I took out for my ex wife. They sold the debt to Azzuro associates after the CCJ was issued. Azzuro used Restons solicitors to apply for a CCJ which was issued in 2018. Azzuro then sold the debt to Moorcroft who in turn used Overdale solicitors to apply for a CCJ which was issued in 2020.
So to clarify the original 118 118 debt has 3 CCJ’S issued against me and I need the first CCJ reference number to prove that the 3 CCJ’S are linked and shouldn’t be on my credit file as the first one issued in 2016 was 6 years ago.
I also believe that only 1 CCJ can be issued for a debt.0 -
What a completely bizarre set of circumstances.
Only one judgement can ever be recorded, for any particular debt, yes.
Can I ask why the second/third claims were not defended on the basis that judgement had already been granted?
As I said above, it may be difficult to get the court reference number of CCJ 1 now.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. If the CCJ first issued to you in relation to the debt was given by 118, can you approach them for details? I would imagine they'd have records. Did you make any payments towards the original debt once the CCJ was issued?0

That is why I am trying to sort it all now so I can rebuild my credit and live a better life.0 -
