I have a rabbit warming pad which my rabbits won’t sit on. It’s a solid hard disc about an inch thick and 9 inches diameter. It goes in the microwave for 6 mins and stays hot all night. No risk of leaks and avoids the process of filling. My hands aren’t weak but I sometimes struggle to undo the cap on a hot water bottle once it’s cold
