Lloyds Club Current Account downgrade to normal current account?

I upgraded to Lloyds Club Current Account and there is a £3 monthly fee.
I received my 6 VUE cinema ticket last week.
Can I cancel my Club Current account and downgrade to the normal current account with no monthly fees?
If so, how about the 6 VUE cinema ticket?
Will they cancel? or I can use it for a year validity date?

There is no reason for anyone to be paying a fee on that account. You just need to cycle £1500 a month through - this can be in any combination of payments, so can be the same £100 cycled through 15 times.2

I think the tickets are likely to become invalid. We've had a post on here from someone who sold the tickets, then switched away, and the buyer came back to say the tickets weren't working and had to be refunded. Obviously it isn't possible to cancel them if you have already used them.
If you cycle money (£1500 a month) through the account you will get the £3 refunded. You also get access to the regular saver at 5.25%.

https://www.lloydsbank.com/assets/media/pdfs/current-accounts/personal_banking_terms_and_conditions.pdfClub Lloyds benefits will stop if you:As above, there have been posts before from those who had unused cinema tickets cancelled, such as
• close your Club Lloyds Account;
• remove Club Lloyds from your account;
• change to one of our other account types (without Club Lloyds); or
• stop being eligible for the account in any other way

Will they cancel? or I can use it for a year validity date?As other people have said there is no need to cancel it. Just use two accounts to cycle money a month. When you have two LBGs account you just need a few seconds to do that, every month.Also keep in mind Club Lloyds has other perks such as access to favourable interest rate for regular saver accounts.1 -
I do this monthly - 1500 in, 1400 out, 100 to the saver. I have the tickets, nothing worth seeing at the moment and the local Odeon is a bit of a trek but not a major issue. Soon as I have used them I will downgrade

I have had it for years and it is cost neutral if, as others have said, you cycle the £1500 through. I have made full use of my cinema tickets since they started including Odeon as a choice (I believe in the first few years it was Cineworld and I had to make a bit of a trip to one that also did not have free parking).0

If not then is it any quicker/easier if the second account is with LBG, rather than a different banking group?0 -

Most/many bank account pay in requirements exclude payments from the accounts at the same bank.0 -
