Yes I still use the card..I rang the coop and they gave me a policy number and Axa's telephone number. I contacted Axa and they said they didn't administer policy's with that number! So I thought I'd try on her to see if anybody had the same card

Suggestion - go back to the Co-op bank using their secure message facility and advising them that AXA do not recognise your policy details.I had a similar (ish) issue with them a couple or so years ago.I suspect a lot of their newer/younger staff have no idea what a Gold Card is - it was dropped from their portfolio a number of years ago AFAIK.0

Good luck.I have the direct number for AXA to clarify cover status - may be different from Co-op's advice ?0

Got a reply from the caring sharing coop..The travel insurance was withdrawn in August 2016 and I would have received a letter? So that clears that up.. many thanks for your interest.NoodleDoodleMan said:Good luck.I have the direct number for AXA to clarify cover status - may be different from Co-op's advice ?Of course I’m no expert.0 -
Delete "would" to read "should" in respect of the letter. Thanks for bringing closure to this thread - unfortunately not a few punters post an issue but then leave when they don't get the answer they wanted to hear.0
