Credit Searches show old address

Hello, 

Strange one this, when I look at some of my hard and soft searches on a credit reporting app, say clear score, It shows my very old address as the searched address. This is my parents address that I have not been at now for some 8 years. I have not entered this account in any searches online but ASDA and EE have both resulted these on the searches. 

Is this just an admin fault on Clear Score or are these companies searching against a very old address, and not giving me any good results because of it?

Are you 100% sure you don't have any address links to these? EE or Asda will do a search based on the data on your file - you could report it to ClearScore and make sure they have the up to date details

I have no current open, active accounts that are linked to my parents address. 

I don’t really know how they are linking that far back, like I say when I do a search / application I give me current and last address (I have been in 5 houses over the past 8 years) with my parents being the oldest.
