It's a shame there's not more of a breakdown than just the overall cost - I'm very familiar with Tesco, so for example I know they sell kilo bags of carrots at 45p, or loose at 45p a kilo. It's unclear whether you're priced the 45p bag, or the 23p loose carrots. Regardless of what you've used, they usually sell a bag of carrots/brussels/potatoes (if you're willing to make your own roasties) for 19p in the weeks before Christmas so price checking today isn't much use. Maybe with inflation the cheap Christmas veg will be 25p this year. They won't be 45p on December 20th though, I'm willing to bet a kilo of carrots on it!

I already have my Christmas pudding (brought last year after christmas on sale), I am making my own mince pies using discounted mince meat from last year, will make my own yorkshire puddings on the day, make my own pigs in blankets using sausages and bacon brought separately, already have cranberry sauce from last year, will make my own gravy and stuffing. All other veg will be brought fresh when its discounted to 19p (or whatever it will be this year!)
That just leaves the Turkey, which after last years dry one, we have chosen to go with Beef this year!FTB - April 20201 -

Tesco are showing 19p veg for my delivery on Tuesday - 1kg carrots, 500g parsnips, 2kg potatoes, 375g broccoli... Probably more, but I don't host Christmas so I only noted the ones I picked for soups.0
