Our DD goes on the first and it usually takes until at least the 6th to show on our on line account.

Don't stop paying, that's the worst you can do.

Thanks, It doesn't get credited to her account unless she contacts them and she waits for a few weeks before doing so. I'll make sure she doesn't stop the DD, she's a pensioner who lives alone and always worries about anything to do with owing money etc.

Good point, I’ll check with her. My brother is seeing her this weekend so he can double check her account for her.
