Missing Amazon/DPD Delivery

Hello
I am looking for some advice.
I bought a computer monitor from Amazon last week. It was due to be delivered on Sunday by DPD. I received the tracking information on their app and it was due to be delivered between 7 pm and 8 pm. At around 7.10 pm I received a notification that it had been delivered to my back porch (the driver didn't knock at my door). The picture that the driver had taken was completely black meaning I could not see where he left it. I searched around the back of my house and there was nothing there, I checked with neighbours and they could not find anything.
I contacted DPD on Monday and they said I had to contact Amazon who in turn advised me that as I had ordered from an Amazon Marketplace seller I had to contact them. I did this and they contacted me today to say their investigations were complete and I had to contact Amazon again. I have been back and forward with Amazon today who have said that there is nothing they can do and as far as they are concerned the delivery was made.
Is there nothing more I can do?
Thanks in advance

Yes, you could approach your card provider about a chargeback for non-delivery. Just be aware that Amazon may contest it and close your account.0

How black are we talking? Is there enough in the image to adjust the levels and see if there's even a box in the picture?0

Is the exif data still present in the photo? if so then there's a chance it might have GPS location data.0
