Alliance are IPC members, so PoPLA is not an option. They get away with it because the parking industry is unregulated, and the IPC are in on it.

A scam indeed! Should I be replying to the letter at all? Just not sure what to do on this one now. I’ve been told by couponmad as well that they may have been kicked out of the car park in question but I’m not entirely sure that’s right - unfortunately I can’t get there at the moment and likely not for a little while!

Well, if you want to play a good game with scammers, why not as long as it's all in writing.

You see, the IAS only approve 4% of appeals and that is what they admit to, probably a lot less

Goverment were stupid to give the IPC/IAS status as an ATA ... GOVERNMENT APPROVED A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

You see a certain legal called Gladstones Solicitors, once a well respected family firm, dived deep into the scam industry
The head honcho called Davies took on another bod called Hurley and between them, the great scam was born
BOTH SHOULD BE UNDER LOCK AND KEY IN PRISON

As an ATA, they could accept membership from parking scammers and give them access to the DVLA 

So, tickets could be issued, the PPC would reject an appeal, and once passed on to the IAS, they would also reject the appeal and then guess who turned up ..... well Gladstones of course who sued people.

This was exposed by the Parking Prankster and with the speed of wind ...... it all changed, Davies was in charge of Gladstones and Hurley in charge of the IPC/IAS  ... WOW

But the scam continues, Gladstones still take on rubbish claims which the scam members of the IPC use.  Some IPC members don't use Gladstones but they are still IPC money scammers.

Only government can explain why they had an idiot who issued ATA status to the IPC/IAS
AS SAID THESE TWO BODS SHOULD NOW BE IN PRISON  for this mega scam ...... they owe a lot of people a lot of money for fakery

Yikes shocking! Thanks for the info. It’s just now practically moving forward I’m a bit stuck, or at least clueless! What did you mean by this portion:

the latest letter said court action is next so am I just waiting for that? (Or pay of course)
