BREMONT CLOCK GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD.  The Giveaway begins at 09:00 GMT on 8 December 2022 and ends 23:59 GMT on 18 December 2022. Administrator will be the official timekeeper for the Giveaway. Any entries or submissions after the time and date specified in the preceding sentence shall be automatically disqualified.   2. HOW TO ENTER GIVEAWAY. A. B. To enter the Giveaway, Participants must register their details on the website https:// fanhub.williamsf1.com. All entries must include a valid email address via which the Participant can be contacted. All correct entries will be placed into a draw, from which one (1) winner will be drawn at random by Administrator. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator will accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Giveaway. C. Giveaway entries cannot be withdrawn after they have been submitted. 3. GIVEAWAY WINNER SELECTION / PRIZE.  The winner of the Giveaway (“Giveaway Winner”) will win one (1) free Bremont clock, such merchandise selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Prize”). The RRP of the prize is in the region of GBP700. The Giveaway Winner will be awarded the Prize in Sponsor’s and Administrator’s sole discretion. The Giveaway Winner will be contacted via email to inform them they have won. In order to claim their Prize the Giveaway Winner must reply to such email within one (1) calendar days of receipt with a valid postal address to which their Prize can be posted. The Giveaway Winner is solely responsible for ensuring any contact details they share with the Sponsor and/ or Administrator is accurate and is the full information needed for them to receive access to the Prize. If the Giveaway Winner is unable to access the Prize for reasons outside the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s control, the Giveaway Winner forfeits the Prize. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PARTICIPANT. The Giveaway Winner may be announced via Williams’ Twitter feed and in Williams’ newsletter (“Announcement Time”). The Giveaway Winner will be contacted via email before the Announcement Time. The Administrator will send the name and county of the Giveaway Winner to anyone who writes within one (1) month after the end of the Giveaway requesting details of the Giveaway Winner and who encloses a selfaddressed envelope to the Administrator’s address. If the Giveaway Winner wished to object to any or all of their name, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Administrator at stephen.williams@doriltoncapital.com. In such circumstances, the Sponsor and/or the Administrator may still be required to provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority in the UK or any other applicable authority on request.
