TERMS & CONDITIONS – Watergate Bay Hotel, Twelve Days of Christmas These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Watergate Bay Hotel of On the Beach, Watergate Bay, Cornwall, TR8 4AA ELIGIBILITY The competition is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over. The following people are not eligible to enter the competition: • Employees of Watergate Bay Hotel and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies. • Immediate family members of Watergate Bay Hotel and members of their household. Watergate Bay Hotel assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. HOW TO ENTER Entry to the competition is managed by Watergate Bay Hotel online at http://www.watergatebay.co.uk/competition/ There is no entry fee and no purchase required. ENTRY CONDITIONS Entries will be submitted online. PROMOTION PERIOD The Promotion opens at 00:01 on Thursday 8 December and closes at midnight on Tuesday 20 December 2022. Only entries received before the closing date will be entered into the free prize draw. PRIZE There are two (2) prizes donated by Watergate Bay Hotel and there will be two (2) winners 1. Foodie break – two-night BB stay for two with dinner in Zacry’s and dinner in The Living Space, three-courses for two. 2. Active break – two-night BB stay for two with surf lessons from Wavehunters at the Extreme Academy for two and two Swim Club full body 60minute massages. The prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. Entrants can enter for both prizes but can only enter once for each prize. There is no cash alternative. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. A stay is subject to availability and not permitted during school holidays (Cornish school holidays).
