AXS Refund

I sold three ticket for the Celine Dion show back in 2019 and I have just had an email through to say the show has been rescheduled again and delayed for another year due to her ill health and wont be happening until 2024. This is the fourth time this event has been rescheduled. I am due £500 back from the tickets I sold.  Surely I don't have to wait another year to get this refund? I have already waited three years for it. I understand the circumstances but surely this show cant continue to be kept being delayed and people expected to wait indefinitely for their money. That will be me waiting FIVE YEARS for a refund - surely there's something I can do to get it back? The interest they're making o holding onto everyones money like this is ridiculous. I also sold the tickets through their app so it's genuine and they have the sellers money so don't see why I can't get MY money back that they continue to hold onto. Can I claim through my credit card?

You usually have to wait until after the event to ensure the tickets are accepted.

I have the same problem through Ticketmaster and can’t get a refund this is totally unacceptable she has publicly acknowledged she has an incurable disease surely that’s enough evidence that the show will never be going ahead, we have not received what we paid for that’s got to come under consumer rights!
