We've been with Tesco Pet insurance for five years, which is actually through RSA. Just to let everyone know, our premium went up this year and we phoned up to complain and they gave us a big discount. Complain again and you can get cashback, pretty easy.

    how do you get cashback if you complain again?

    When our tesco bank pet insurance went up mid policy due to our pet weight change we cancelled and set up a new policy as it was a cheaper premium.
