First Direct switch - how many direct debits needed

I have a current account that I set up a few years ago as a spare just in case I was unable to access my main account. It has a recurring monthly payment going in and out from from my main current account. Is this sufficient to qualify for switching. I can't find anything on First Direct web site about the number of direct debits required to qualify for the switching bonus. Is one direct debit enough?
Has any one any knowledge/experience of this. Thanks

No direct debits are required, so just open, switch and deposit £1000 within three months of account opening.0

it doesn't seem to mention DDs at all- in which case you don't need them.
There is a minimum pay in
I have cut & pasted from the eligibility on weekly email:How to get the £20 bonus:
Open an account and use mobile or online banking within three months. The £20 is then paid within the first four months. How to get the £175 bonus:
Open a 1st Account and within three months switch another account into it, plus pay in £1,000+. (You must switch in a non-First Direct account; it can be an HSBC account, but only if it was opened before January 2019.) The £175 is then paid within 28 days. You can request the switch online or by phone.Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
