Octopus Smart Meter Issues
Anybody else had problems with getting Octopus to respond to smart meter issues? My smart meter has the wrong set time on it so I've just realised that all my night time EV charging using the Octopus Go cheap night tariff has been charged at full rate. I've sent them evidence of this from the meter and the charging app but can't seem to get a response. I've phoned them and their automated system acknowledges that there is a problem with my smart meter but gives no idea when a human will be in touch!
