Is this right?

Previously when I post small parcel, there is always qr code for me to go to royal mail to get it printed out.

I just paid for royal mail tracked 48 large letter 500g £2.7, email (and website) say qr code unavailable.

Not sure if it is normal for large letter T48 or error from royal mail.

Anyone have experience???

Label printing isn't available for every service, and T48 LL is one of those that isn't.
