Another one here who has just been converted to Chase.
I love it, the 1% on current account and 1% cashback on spending for a year along with 3.4% interest on up to 10 savings pots where you can specify a goal. I also love the 5% for roundups.
I have kept my Halifax for dd and so bills and transfer all discretionary spending money over to Chase each month, but seriously thinking of closing Halifax.10 -

@Frugaldom I bet those ice creams were delicious too. I splashed out on an Iced tea on Saturday, it was so hot and I was driving 100m round trip. I savoured every sip!Quick question, I’ve just been given some runner bean seeds, is it too late to start them? They’re just in a blank packet so no instructions and Google has said yes and no!Life happens, live it well.11

@willow_loulou I just planted runnerbeans yesterday so go for it. They have 2 choices!10

@Debsnewbudget I would close your Halifax account by doing a transfer to RBS money back on completion and rewards on your normal household bills or try Nat West they are both part of the same group though. No point in poor loyalty returns by staying with current bank.

One thing to note with Chase is some of the benefits, e.g. Cashback are only for the first year, although saying that they extended my friend's after the first year so just worth bearing in mind it may just be for a year.
I'm certainly going to look at getting it myself.9 -
I figured that even if only for 1 year it’s still going be good.My self & hubby; 2 sons (30 & 26). Hubby also a found daughter (37).
Eldest son has his own house with partner & her 2 children (11 & 10)
Youngest son & fiancé now have own house.
So we’re empty nesters.
Daughter married with 3 boys (12, 9 & 5).
My mother always served up leftovers we never knew what the original meal was. - Tracey Ulman9 -
Just looked at chase. Is it protected like the other banks are as it’s only digital? I don’t understand these things tbh - it does look pretty user friendly though.Life happens, live it well.7
