If your other radiators have TRVs it is likely that this radiator doesn't have one because it is supposed to disipate the heat from the boiler when all the other radiators have been turned off by their TRV.
If you know that your heating system has an automatic bypass valve (ABV), you can in theory turn this radiator off, but I wouldn't do so just because the ABV might not be set correctly. If you can prove that the ABV is set correctly, then you could go ahead and turn it off, but it won't save money because the heat will be lost via the ABV (probably into your cold loft) rather than into your home, so I would leave it as is.The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0 -
