Nightmare trying to contact Admiral car insurance. Any ideas?

just wondered if it was just us, and if anyone has any other suggestions in contacting them. Our daughter is a teacher and unfortunately her car was taken out of action last weekend, due to hitting a deer that ran out onto the A14. She submitted a form online and they have tried to call her twice. But seem to ignore her warning that she is a teacher and only available certain times. She has tried to call back upteem times but sits on hold (costing her time and money), and the calls sometimes cut out after ages or she waits over an hour and has to hang up as still not answered. She has tried Facebook messaging and no one appears to monitor their Instagram messaging. The voicemail they left says they have emailed her but it has not been received, and is not in her spam folder. She has now filled out an online complaint form too. As a teacher she needs the claim sorted asap, so I'm just wondering if anyone has any similar experiences that might have any other ways of contacting them that actually work?

Admiral's claim number is an 03 number so would be included in any packaged minutes... if she has run out of inclusive minutes or doesn't buy a package is there anyone with unlimited minutes she can use? Else you can buy a 1 month contract only sim for under £4 that includes unlimited minutes.0
