RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at smoothradio.com apply to Leicester Racecourse Smooth Ladies Day Ticket Giveaway ("the Competition") which will run from 5th December 2022  to 18th December 2022 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth Radio East Midlands.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothardio.com answer the online question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 5th December 2022 and close at 23:59 on 18th December 2022.

From correct answers, one winner will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Smooth Radio team.

 

Eligibility:

Employees or family of employees at Leicester Racecourse will not be qualified to win prizes in this competition.

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize Terms and Conditions:

4 VIP tickets for Smooth Ladies Day on Saturday 8th July, to include lunch, complimentary drinks and afternoon tea.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.

 

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

Contact: 

We will contact you via text, phone and email week commencing 19th December.  If you do not respond within 72 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. This will mean your entry is void and the prize is forfeited.

From the first point of contact, the winner will have 72 hours to accept the prize via phone or email before entry is deemed void and another winner will be selected. The first winner will not get a consolation prize if the 72 hours has passed.
