Evri tracking help!

Didn’t know where to post this so hoping someone here might know!

Evri have a parcel of mine which was at my local depot last Tuesday, but then they said it was delayed. It was still delayed up until this morning where it has now gone backwards in the tracking and is now apparently being sorted at the senders local depot again?! 

Anybody know what’s going on there??

This often happens, and it also happens with Royal Mail. Once a parcel I was expecting was sent from a depot near to my town to somewhere in Cornwall - many miles away. I did get it eventually even though it went by a circuitous route. And I was very impressed that they always knew where it was.

Is it a parcel you have sent? Or one you are expecting? If you are expecting it then can you contact the person who actually sent it by Evri to ask what's happening?

If it's one you sent then you could try contacting Evri but I think if you sit tight it will eventually arrive at its intended destination. At least Evri knows exactly where your parcel is, and that is always a good thing.
