Eon Next Change Date of Direct Debit
I was paying a fixed direct debit which was taken on 15th of the month, my monthly readings being recorded on the 10th. I have smart meters.
I have noticed my direct debit date now says 1st which is too early and would I presume result in a estimated bill
Is there anywhere on the website I can change the date back to the 15th?
Thanks for any help.
