Cannot download transactions for Nationwide Esavings account

I've been banking with Nationwide for years with a current and Esavings account. Both accounts used to let you select From and To dates to then download the transactions that fell between this. While this feature is still present for the current account, it seems to be missing for the Esavings account? My wife who also has this type of account, it is also missing from hers as well. When did Nationwide remove this feature? Does anyone have a work around for this?

Download in what format? And I don't see this feature available for my FlexAccount.0

I have just checked and my Loyalty Saver has two options for downloading transactions (refer screenshot).
My Single Access ISA has no download options at all.
My FlexDirect current account lists three download options: CSV, OFX and midata.
It would appear Nationwide have removed functionality on some of their accounts recently?

I'm trying to download in OFX format but I can't download in any format right now:

I know there was a transaction in about 4 months ago, because it went out from my current account to this one.

If you click 'Graph view' on the left, 'Download transactions' option appears on the top in both 'Paid out vs paid in' and 'Balance over time' modes - even if there are no any graphs. This makes no sense, but hopefully will work.0
