Scottish Hydro Have Sent Me 27 Bills (None of them are mine)

Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions on how to deal with the fact that Scottish Hydro have manage to send 27 bills (and counting) all to the same address even though the customer name is different on each one.
I rang Friday after receiving two that weren't mine I was told that they couldn't tell me why but not to worry and my bill would be sent out. On Saturday another 16 came through the door but I couldn't get hold of Customer Services so sent an email which states I should have a response within 48 hours.
Yesterday there were another 11 and I dread to think how many will be there when I get home. I'm assuming theres an error somewhere on their batch run but thought I would have at least had a response telling me that my email is being dealt with (all I got was a read receipt) but as of yet I haven't received anything.
At the moment its not causing any harm, although not sure whether my Postie will still be talking to me, but I am concerned that one of them that I opened on Friday contained information that the Debt had been passed on, I really just want to make sure that they've passed the correct details on (ie not my address).
Any ideas?

Or, in light of all Governmants lost data and news worthy at moment, maybe call to local newspaper pointing out the HMG are not alone in messing data upWhen an eel bites your bum, that's a Moray0
