Lol I have set up 2 new bank accounts and organised 2 direct debits for each one. Once the DD becomes visibly then I will try a switch.1

Wow that was quick, opened a new bank account on the 4th, found 2 direct debits and linked them to it and all good to go on the 6th.
Now to decide first bank to switch to,0 -
Halifax is quick and so ready to switch again soon after...

This morning I have 2 accounts with 2 active DD means double the task of finding the easiest 2 to switch to. I will try Halifax I have their credit card, thanks Soulsaver0

Halifax have been very prompt in paying the bonus, in my case 8 days from application to payment.0

Yes so I hear, I have a Halifax credit card and now a current account just opened, in the process of switching they required the last 4 digits of the switching bank card number. I haven't even got that yet so I think I'm in too much of a rush. Time to slow down and chill me thinks0

With the ongoing postal strikes you could be waiting for a while. Do the banks you have not show the card details in their apps?0
