Not sure why you wouldn't trust them, they're about as trustworthy as any other bank out there.0

What is it that makes you question their trustworthiness? I have had several accounts with Gatehouse Bank and currently have some and have found them excellent to deal with.

I read some of the reviews and they were not good at all that was on mortgages but there was no reviews on the bonds
I want to max out with them0 -
I wouldn't pay too much attention to "reviews" on savings accounts. If you think about it, all you do with fixed rate bonds is you deposit money, leave it there for X number of years, and then take it out again at the end of the term. It's not as if you need to interact with the bank themselves during the term of the bond (99% of the time anyway).garyelder said:I read some of the reviews and they were not good at all that was on mortgages but there was no reviews on the bonds

Fair enough
premium bond money coming out and going into the 4.89% bond0 -
Until I took out 2, 5 year fixed rate deals all my cash was in Gatehouse & Al Rayan.
Both we’re great.

As long as you do not go over the 85,000 threshold does it really matter how good they are?0
