Ikea EXCEPTIONELL push-open drawer runners

I am trying to locate Ikea EXCEPTIONELL push-open drawer runners
I cannot find them on the Ikea web site and the small lugs on two of my runners have snapped off any ideas where i can locate replacement runners?

In my experience (although not recent) the Ikea website is useless for "spare parts" especially if it isn't something current. You can't search by part number (if you know it).

Go to a store and ask at customer services to place an order if not available in store (you will have to pay for delivery), the in store stock locator (in the bulky item picking area) also shows everything available.  Helps if you know the part number (may be printed on the item).  Last time I needed to do this I was lucky, Ikea had a "kitchen design" shop in Central London near where I worked (no stock, just design and ordering) and they were able to place and order for delivery which I paid for in the shop, which saved a trek out to one of their stores.  (The Ike design shop is now closed, and the new shop planned for Oxford Circus--in the Topshop building--is not open yet).

Or eBay, preloved, Gumtree and hope for the best.  Or an experienced handyperson may be able to work around what has broken with screws, bolts, wooden dowel, glue etc.

If you can find the part number for the bit you need, I've found that Ikea is very good at replacing things that have broken.  https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/customer-service/spare-parts/

I'm not sure exactly what bit you're looking for, but I usually find the manuals on Ikea's website e.g. this one https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/assembly_instructions/exceptionell-drawer-high-with-push-to-open-white__AA-2185296-3-2.pdf

If there is no part number, I don't think you can order it though.  Sometimes trying different variations of the same line of products helps for specific bits.

Hi Everyone
I went on Ikea community forum and one of the admin gave me the part numbers that are hopefully correct as you cannot see form the photo if it is the correct part.
I have now ordered the two runners from Ikeas spares page and the best bit they are Free
