Cifas Protection Marker?

I got the Cifas Protection two years for £25 in December 2020 due to my details being obtained by a scammer, does the Cifas marker stay on my credit report or do I have to pay £25 again?

Are you asking if you should extend it? Or are you asking will you be charged to remove it after 2 years? If the former, have there been any known attempts to use your details fraudulently over these two years? If not, I wouldn't renew it personally. If the latter, I would imagine the protection would simply expire at the two year mark.0

Nothing has happened during the two years until Novmeber 2022 so I expect I should renew it (someone opened a credit account in my name on November 13th)0
