Downloading Borrowbox to Kindle Paperwhite.

I tried to download the Borrowbox app from Amazon to my Kindle Paperwhite which is my 3rd Kindle (bought July 2022)
I then discoved my kindle is not showing as an option to download the app to. It has my 2nd Kindle but no dropdown menu to select the kindle I need.
I have (or thought I had) deleted the 2nd kindle from my account as it does not show as an option when I download books direct from Amazon.
Can someone offer a solution please?

    Borrowbox doesn't support Kindle eReaders.
The only supported Amazon devices are the Fire (previously Kindle Fire) tablets (which run an Amazon version of Android)

Was your previous Kindle a Fire tablet, rather than dedicated eReader?

You may need to change the book format to get them onto your Paperwhite e.g. using Calibre on a PC.
However this is likely to be a breach of library borrowing terms.

Yep. All the cogs clicked into place after my brain started working. Thanks for your answer. I also have an older Kindle Fire but it doesn't seem to recognise that the Borrowbox download is there when I click on the Apps button even though Amazon tells me I already have it. Never mind
