Booking.com Payout problems - they accept a fault with their system but not payout out after 3 month

Booking.com are not paying me for guests who have stayed.  They are taking money and charges for bookings but because of a technical fault with their banking system earlier they paid twice for one booking, this happened around end of August, but for others, even earlier. A notice to that effect is posted in my site which says overpayment will be rectified from the next payout and I do not need to do anything.  However,  I have not been paid for guests since late August despite receiving the relevant paperwork. I have reported this and sent a copy of my bank statement showing non payment.  I have been chasing them up many times but go around in circles and passed from pillar to post.  Othes have had this problem and for me, it amounts to over £1,500 they owe but no one is doing anything, despite saying their specialist team have been informed.  Others on the forum have tried by calling, emailing via the correct route but no one is doing anything to address this.   I am a tiny business who relies on this income and am having difficulty paying bills because of this.  Help, Help Help, please

Have you written to them, threatening court action if they don't pay?  That would be my next step.  You don't have consumer protection because you're a business, but you can still take them to court.
