Anyone assist with an answer.
Purchased sofa with credit card. Dispute with sofology over state of sofa. They  have agreed to provide credit note for total spend. My question is this.
If I use the credit note and new sofa costs more ie. I spend a further £100 on the new sofa. Will it be covered under section 75 having used the credit note plus £100
