Have you seen MFi's new advert campaign "We have changed - have you?".
Well, I was totally unimpressed with them. Back in October they had a sale on and I ordered a lovely dining table and 4 Ratan chairs for £499 plus delivery charge.
I was advised that the delivery will take 8 weeks, rather than the normal 4. I could live with that.
A day before the scheduled delivery date, I received a call from MFI to advise me that they could not deliver until teh end of January 2008!!! I was fuming to say the least. Where am I going to eat Xmas dinner, on the sofa???
All, they offered was a refund, which I thought was not good enough, since they had my money for over 2 months and earned interest on it!
Well, as I had no choice I settled for the refund, whcih was in my credit card account 2 days later.
The only good thing is that I got more for my money at Ikea and it got delivered the next day!
So just beware of MFI....
