Buyer won an auction on Sunday night, looking at the options on the cancel order flow it's just the usual OOS, address issue, buyer asked.
Is there a specific way to cancel unpaid items please?

Once that 4 days has clicked over you will see the option to cancel due to buyer not having paid. That option gives the buyer a strike, and you get your FVFs back, also buyer cannot leave feedback.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thank you @soolin
Don't run auctions very often but had a few things I wasn't sure on the price of, 2 sold for a disappointing price and of course were paid for straight away, the 1 that went for a decent amount was a zero feedback bidder from whom I haven't heard a peep....In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0
