Travel Trust Association Refund

I booked a package holiday with Teletext Holidays for July 2020 but due to pandemic moved it to May 2022 by which time Teletext Holidays went into administration. Long story short I have been chasing my refund with TTA since May on a monthly and now a weekly basis but have no success. My bank refused a chargeback because they said I have not exhausted my claim with TTA. Please can you help me.

This is not really a Coronavirus Travel issue.
I would have a look first on the Overseas Travel forum boards and search for similar threads. There have been several regarding Telextext/AlphaBeds and the TTA's response to refunds.0
