Sainsburys bank credit keeps being blocked.

My sainsburys credit card, which I use to pay for everything in life, keeps getting blocked by the bank. its because they think its being used fraudulently when it isnt. and its become a bit of an issue now, as my online shop due today, is not coming till tomorrow. I wanted some of the stuff for tonights meal. in the end had to phone them up and pay with my debit card instead.any clues at all as to what I can do about this?

The obvious first step would be to phone Sainsbury's Bank and ask them why it's being blocked. They may or may not be able to tell you (there are certain circumstances when they're not allowed to tell you by law), but it's got to be worth a quick phone call.Have you noticed any suspicious/unknown transactions on your account recently? This may give you a clue.0

I've tried phoning at about 9 this morning. if I hadn't of hung up I reckon I'd still be waiting now.
The only transactions on there are mine.
In the end I pulled my statement up on screen, thinking there would be an email address somewhere, and there wasnt, what it did have was a kinda of a 'any questions about this statement' box. so I put a message in there, explaining the issue, asking them to get someone to sort it.0 -

I've been trying to sort this out all day. zero success. so I've told sainsburys to keep it. gone with virgin money credit card instead. that's who I have my current account with. don't even need a card. all I need is the app. should be up n running tomorrow. wish I had done it in the 1st place.0
