Dispute Warm home Discount eligibility?

I got a letter saying you might be entitled to the warm home payment.  I rang them and they asked for my EPC rating and then I said it was D and they said I am entitled.

So epc must be used somehow.

Ah that's interesting, one of the definitions for fuel poverty does use EPC of D or below (along with some other criteria, of course).

Can I ask what type of property you have, my flat is also 'D' rating on EPC?
