Good news ladies - I got him cooking and had a lovely mince, tatties and puff pastry dinner (which tasted even better as the mince was 50%)  :) Tonight he is making chicken curry :)

Late post from me today as hubby and I have been enjoying some time together. We treated ourselves to breakfast at Brewers Fayre (all you can eat for £10.99 a person) and took full advantage eating pretty much our body weights in bacon and eggs (not to mention toast, cereal, yogurts, fruit juice) and then we have finally got around to buying quits, covers and a few other little bits for the van from Asda where I used £20 of vouchers from my rewards app. Its been a lovely day.

I have managed to squeeze a few money saving bits in as well and whilst my lovely hubby cooks dinner I hope to get another couple of bits done too so here's my list for today.

    So today I WILL:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (126 points target) - 47 points so far :)
    2. Watch videos on WeR8 - DONE 4 videos watched for 32p :)
    3. Sort and declutter more of our bedroom - DONE three boxes under the bed sorted through with some things thrown away, some things added to the pile to donate to village jumble sale and a few things I will list on FB marketplace to hopefully sell :)
    4. Put away my clean clothes mountain currently in our hallway
    5. Comment on in search of posts to hopefully get some more orders
    6. Write and schedule rest of social media posts for May
    7. Design business card for neighbour (freebie so she can wait if I don't get time)
    8. Post in three FB groups to hopefully get some interest in my items
    9. Give prices for stickers following on from enquiry
    10. Check free postcode lottery, winadinner and freemoji - DONE not a winner :(
    11. Complete Prime Opinion survey
    12. List something on FB Marketplace
    13. Finish colour cube type idea
    14. Create a new item to sell using clipart from membership
    15. List something on Etsy to help refresh my shop
    16. Create an item from the teddy bears I bought for 50p each a while ago
    17. Take a course from a paid membership
    18. Research Etsy gift mode and tweak listings to see if this will give me extra exposure
    19. Look at SEO report from website and make small improvement
    20. Finish tidying craft room
    21. Action one thing on my business growth list
    Mortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.02

That is fantastic news, hopefully he now realises that on the days you are at work and he is home he should be cooking everybody's evening meal.

    Good afternoon everyone.

I'm enjoying a little bit of a lazy day again today (I feel shattered so I think I must be getting close to that time of the month) so we are just chilling and enjoying the sunshine. I have managed a few bits already but honestly I'm not sure if I have the energy or commitment to do much else today ;)

I'll put up a list and hope that it motivates me to get my bottom in gear and actually achieve something but only time will tell ;)

    So today I MIGHT:-
    1. Play on Mistplay (126 points target) - 92 points so far :)
    2. Watch videos on WeR8 - DONE one videos available and watched for 8p :)
    3. Sort and declutter more of our bedroom - DONE two more boxes under bed sorted out and got a few thigs to sell and another black bag full of rubbish which we will take to the tip later today :)
    12. List something on FB Marketplace - DONE 5 things listed (2 x MYO teddy Bear, Board Game, Baseballcap, Friends photo frame and dress (all brand new) - £28 if they all sell for what I have put them up as - fingers crossed :)
    13. Finish colour cube type idea
    14. Create a new item to sell using clipart from membership
    15. List something on Etsy to help refresh my shop
    16. Create an item from the teddy bears I bought for 50p each a while ago

    Morning all,

So sorry, I didn't get time to post yesterday as I got called into work early so ended up doing another 7 hour day at the cafe. The OP savings pot is filling up nicely especially as I forgot it was payday for Burger King yesterday as well so I've just added another £222 into the pot :)

I'm working at the chippy tonight so that will give me another £46 to add tomorrow :)

We are off for a little drive to the beach in the camper van today so that will be lovely so a quick post for me today to see if it will encourage me to plough through the list a bit more than the last feww days :)
