DRS keep sending messages

Hi I've had a fee of 15.99 waved by ebay but Drs keep texting me and emailing me. Is there a way to stop it. Is there a letter that I can send to stop it. Please help

There's not much information to go on here. For example what was the fee for and why was it waived?
If eBay has waived any fee then they really do need to notify DRS. So I'd contact eBay and tell them what's happening. DRS obviously haven't waived the fee, they don't know what eBay has done and they want their money. The fee was 13.99 and the fee was for a buy it now listing that didn't go out so I started get the texts from Drs and tryed logging on to my account but it was locked so I emailed customer service and explained that the listing didn't go out and they waved the fee. I spoke to them about Drs still sending texts they said that they changed it on there end to settled but I'm. Still getting them so was wondering if anyone has a template so I could send to them to stop sending me texts and emails0
