I have been with BT for eight months, voluntary switch as they were offering relatively low s/c at the time, old meters and they request the meter readings every month which I supply via my online account, which then calculates my usage and resulting balance. They send a confirmation email. Fixed DD every month, which they are currently refunding because of the £67 freebie putting me in credit. Only problem I had was when I wanted to reduce my DD and had to spend about an hour on the chat system pleading my case but got there eventually. The online system rather than the app seems to work fine.0
