Packlink poor service

I have had a bad experience trying to claim for an Ebay parcel I sent via UPS using their Packlink service. Their tracking states that it got stolen during transit to buyer and can't discuss it with me only the shipper! Packlink has no actual email address or contact number just their online claim form which can't upload documents and packlink actually hold them anyway. Ebay customer service do no more than sympathise and direct you back to Packlink £83 lost!
