CCJ for Parking Fine (ParkingEYE)

Morning,
I have recently received a notification from Experian on my credit report (yesterday) that i have a CCJ registered on my name for a parking fine in July 2022. I have contacted the court and requested the N244 form to set aside the CCJ with a fee of £275 (which i haven't yet paid). The situation with the fine is that i used the site frequently and i sent my number plate to the management team to add to the system, naturally there was a period of time this hadn't updated therefore leading me to receive a fine. I then sent a message to the management team (on WhatsApp, which i have proof of) to cancel it off and they assured me it had. I then moved address in the interim so didn't receive anything. There was then another letter for the fine issued to the old address, which also included the 'letter before county court' dated 12th September, i managed to get hold of these, i then sent this again to the management team at the site to cancel it all off and they then assured me again that it had been cancelled off (again on WhatsApp that i have proof of). I then received a further letter with the claim form on the 24th October again at the old address and i picked it up yesterday (after realizing i had a CCJ).
I am writing with regards to next steps, from reading through other threads, its advised to pay the £275 to get the CCJ set aside. I would prefer if i didnt have to do this as the management team for the site are being helpful and submitting cancellation requests to parking eye so it should have never have come to this to start with. Is there anyway that when parkingEye cancel the fine they will also cancel the CCJ? or shall i still set aside the CCJ and hope to win the appeal? how guaranteed is this? The fine is another £207 (including other costs) was originally £50 if paid in 28 days then £100 after.
I'm keen to get this sorted asap just trying to understand a few things:
1. Should i pay the £275 to get it set aside or can this be cancelled from ParkingEye's end once they've acknowledged it shouldnt have ever got to this stage in the first place?
2. if i do pay the £275 how likely am i to get this taken off?
I have the N244 form already to fill out so any help\advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Is there anyway that when parkingEye cancel the fine they will also cancel the CCJ?Yes if they agree to provide a Tomlin Order, consenting to the CCJ being set aside.
I think there may still be a £108 fee to pay the court but I'm unsure. It's not £275. I suggest the office responsible for mucking this up pay that!
What a shame when you got the LBCCC that you didn't just email
enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk
...and sent them (at the time) your new address for service plus proof that the landowner wanted it cancelled.
At least the claim could not have been missed. You were never safe with that old address still in PE's database.
You can use that email address to send your evidence now and sound PE out about a Tomlin Order and getting their consent to set aside (without paying the PCN). And to tell them to erase the old address and correct it to the new one now, going forward.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
