First Direct Switching issue

Right,
I've opened an FD current account. I have the card, pin, etc. I've logged in via the app, and also made a test transfer from another account, into the new FD account.
Nowhere in the all the paperwork I received, or within the app, does it mention switching. So looked on the website, and can see nothing there either.
Has the £175 switch incentive been withdrawn??0 -

Start date 31/01, so will see what happens. I'm determined to try and achieve a successful switch at least once before I die !0
